Pamela Franklin-Stegall

Pamela Franklin Stegall, affectionately called "Miss P.", is a native of Atlanta. She graduated Cum Laude from Spelman College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in theater. She worked as stage manager for the 2000 – 2006 production tour of “The Journey” written by Gabrielle Johnson of Gabin Entertainment.  More backstage management experience followed from the Spelman College Department of Drama & Dance for: The Colored Museum, the world premiere of A Song for Coretta (written by world-renowned author, Pearl Cleage), Black Nativity, SpeakEasy 2009 and 2010, Dream of My Life (directed by Cassie Davis mostly known for her role as Ella Payne in Tyler Perry's House of Payne), Amen Corner, The Odd Couple (the female version).

 

To fulfill her purpose of giving back to her old neighborhood, the English Avenue community, the Pamela D. Franklin Cultural Center for the Performing Arts was born where she serves as Executive Director. She also owns and operates, Miss. P. Productions, a backstage management company.
